%X Using the hyperspectral imaging sensor AisaFENIX - SPECIM - Spectral Imaging - aerial assessment were conducted with several objectives, among them, relate and compare the spectral behavior of specific targets contained in the images generated by the sensor with data acquired at the field level. The flights were performed on May 1st and 2nd of 2016. At Maringá State University (Universidade Estadual de Maringá - UEM), which was inserted on the flight paths, images were collected from different targets (six colored tarps- red, green, blue, yellow, dark gray and light gray - and a barium sulphate plate, developed to be used as a standard) that were laid in an open area. At the same moment of the acquisition of the images, data were collected in the field using a calibrated sensor, FieldSpec 3 spectroradiometer - ASD Inc. Geometric and radiometric corrections of the images obtained by the AisaFENIX sensor were performed in CaliGEO-PRO software. After initial processing, targets radiance data were collected, which were compared and correlated with the field data. For all targets we obtained high values for the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0,96 to 0.99) and Pearson correlation coefficient (r = 0.98 to 0.99) and also significance in Student''s t-test (α = 0.05). The results indicate that statistical models can be developed to calibrate the images generated by the hyperspectral sensor AISAFenix using the spectroradiometer FieldSpec 3.
